You can edit everything in your config file. The gm color thing, I Don't know, sorry.

in order to get the yellow names you have to add the gm's aid to the (s)clientinfo.xml

Hey TBZH2 i'm German too.

With regard to the yellow names check out Java codes and change the one you have in your custom.cfg (you'll find it under: C:\Server\Gameserver\config\custom.cfg)
