in my data dir aren't maps ... where can i download them??

but you modify the "grf-files.txt" ??
Check the path of your data.grf and sdata.grf, in conf/grf-files.txt
Yubba Your' Such A Hero...
U need the client to use the map-server.exe. It uses the mapfiles of the client. Otherwise the server would be too big.
