Item Descriptions are funny?

I am playing on my server and finding it utterly impossible to read the descriptions. I hope I'm not asking a weird question... Like maybe this is because the characters can't read them? -_-... BTW I should mention last time I played RO before starting this free server was over 3 years ago and I don't remember if I had to learn to read or not.

What descriptions you are talking about here ? Many things in client have description and much more in server things.

If you want to say about item description of client, there are two reason it did not display correctly :
- It's in Korean language
- It's in English but the patcher decrypt them so it become a mess
