moving to another pc

i plan to moving my server to another pc, i already do rhe backup prcess from the 1st pc, and the i restore it to another one, the server is working. but all char didn't show. is there something wrong with my migration progress ?
anyone please help me out.

thank's for your respon. i already backup my eathena server database using mysql administrator tool, and the restore it on the other pc. everything work fine, login is good, but the char did show at all.
