Need guide about shops,exp,other...

People , can smbdy plz tell me , how can i make good shops , good exp , make own items(stats) ... Make NPC who can change job(not quest)

you really should come here if you are using eathena. if you are not.. i suggest you use it. there are guides where you can learn how to script a npc.
As for Exp config... go to conf folder look for battle_athena.conf and find it.
And as for items.. go to db folder and look for item_db.txt
