need help urgently

hi i need help with some things....

1.) How do i change characters names?? i only know @fakename but it doesnt change the name perminently...

2.)Does anyone have a job changer npc where you can change to transended jobs at base lvl 90??

3.)How do you change woe times?? i have a woe time setter in my server and i have changed the woe time in the woe_time_explanation( dont know if it is the right file to change) and woe still comes up at random days/times and my woe times come up too.....



please if you know how to resolve this help me please.... thanks
