Neoncube Patch Problem

Okay so i use Neoncube to patch my server but now i got a problem.

this is my Patchlist.txt:

1 GRF 08-03.gpf
2 GRF 10-03.gpf
3 GRF 10-03-2.gpf

and i made allready a standard kdata.grf in my RO folder

now i am not sure if Neoncube overwrite's things in a .grf but i don't think so

i clicked neoncube and it's working perfectly:

But then i tried to log in and my updates didnt have any effect because they weren't in :O

Can somebody help me with this.
