Pump str, agi, and dex, and toss some points in vit. Get at least a 3 soc weapon and add 3 skeleton soldier cards in it. Use EDP, cloak, run up behind someone and use sonic blow. If that alone doesn't kill your target, use a soul breaker on them. It's hard to go wrong with a sin cross build on a high rate server like that.

It depends. If the server has low delay, use the SB build with SB.
