You download either the Aegis or eAthena Revision.
Set up your Configuration Files in the Conf Folders
If you have a router, you might be in trouble to forward ports to yourself.
Set up the Txt server of char_server, login_server, and map_server
I come from the eathena community so you should check that out yourself too.
Check the guide thats stickyed ;)
I recommended a new eAthena SVN version.
