Rag Server help! please read

Frist off, if you are going to post your a noob. read other forums ETC.

I know im a noob and I have :)

Now! after you have your laugh and call me a noob, PLease help me. I want to start a Ragnarok server I have a Serverbox to run it off of which I ran a UO server off of for over a year. this is what I need

The best and easyest server to work with.
a guide if you know one. (for the server you list)

I played Rag for about 1month and LOVE it, but going from UO to rag is like reading English and french. :) so if there are any people out there that know everything Id love for the help.
