Sorry for my noobish but i accidentally closed my thread bout RO2 ><,and to my reply to that...
Isnt EUphoRO2 an Emulator?,its a private server from saga right?

EuphRO2 is a server made by the same people who made EuphRO (obviously) and they have an agreement with a certain RO2-emulator developer group (i think its saga, but im not sure) that they will get access to their server files, and in return, they will provide feedback on stability, possible improvements and bugs to the server makers.
Of course part of the agreement is that they will not give out the server files.

The team which develops the emulator EuphRO2 uses, has stated that they will not release the emulator until its "working properly" which regarding to them will be "whenever RO2 is released (as beta atleast) in north america and we have had a chance to try it out, check a few things like formulas, npcs, skills, and more"

So yeah, dont expect an RO2 emulator meant for public use anytime soon.
