All the scripts have been REWRITTEN and OPTIMIZED for the latest eAthena versions, so no worries about crashing and stuff. If you spot any error, point it out.

Well, since I don't really like having all the URLs of the scripts I've created in my signature, I've decided to just create one thread with all the NPCs I've created. I've re-uploaded the scripts in .txt format so they are now ready to use, unlike the QUOTE versions you had to add tabs to and bla bla bla. Anyway, this is the thread I will use to add the updates and stuff, so enjoy.
Name :Buffer NPC
Description :Gives you almost every non-elemental buff available for a price.

Name :Weather Control NPC
Description :Control the weather for each town manually through this NPC.

Name :Russian Roulette NPC
Description :Play it with this NPC. You start by paying the minimum bet. If you keep surviving, you cash will be double every time.

Name :Item-for-pet Trader NPC
Description :If you want to get a pet and its equipment quest-style, this is the NPC for you. Bring him the requested items, and you'll get the egg and equipment.

Name :Person tracker & Warper NPC
Description :If you want to know the location of anyone, just type their names in this NPC. Their current map and coordinates are displayed. As an added function, if you want to be teleported right away to their location, just pay the fee, and you'll be warped right away to your friend's location.

Name :Disguiser
Description :If you want some fun, just disguise yourself as any monster in this NPC. Just introduce the MonsterID of the monster you want to be, and you'll be disguised as it. Click it again to undisguise. I recommend the server owners to upload the monster's IDs to their websites, so that your users will know who will they transform into.

Name :Contract Killer (Hitman)
Description :If you want to get rid of anyone, just come to this NPC. A selection of monsters will be available for you to contract and send to murder anyone. If the victim escapes the monsters, no problem, he'll be killed anyway in 10 seconds. People near the victim will also suffer from the monsters, but will not be killed by the script.

Name :Quest-style Warper NPC
Description :Don't want your server users to use the Warp NPC so easily? Want to torture them? Well, make them earn their right to use the NPC, quest style. Before being able to warp to any town, they have to go and visit that town first, and unlock it before being able to be warped there. With the new update, you won't have to click anything. Just visit the town, and it's all done. Dungeons were also added to this new version.

Name :Remote Aid NPC
Description :Your newbie friend asked you to tank him, but you are just too lazy? Want to help a friend in need? Well, with this NPC, you can buy healing items here to be sent automatically to a friend's inventory. Prices can be set easily by yourself.

Name :Password Warper NPC
Description :Creates an NPC that'll warp a person to any specified map if the correct password is inputted. Just something I had laying around.

Name :Donation NPC
Description :Well, I've gone out of my usual routine of posting this only on my D-Scripts thread, and created a new thread for this script, which I presume is very unique. This script has the generic "Donation NPC" name, but it doesn't do anything the current "Donation NPCs" do, like giving money to the NPC for some odd reason. No. This NPC is used to help server owners to distribute the rewards they give their server donators. Example:
- JohnDoe donates 10$ to the server, and that means an MVP card.
- GMs receive the donation, and want to give him the card, but they don't want to wait until he comes online.
- This is where my script comes in. GMs go to it, and set an User Profile. In the profile, they write the name of the receiver, in this case, JohnDoe, the item ID of the MVP card he will receive and the amount of the MVP card he will receive.
- JohnDoe goes online, and since he received confirmation he donated, he goes to the NPC and clicks it. He receives an MVP card. Tada!
Yup, no more waiting for people to come online to receive the prizes for their donation. They are going to receive the rewards for their kindness without need of GMs. Oh yeah, did I mention it's almost impossible to abuse this NPC? No bugs up to now.

Name :Look Changer NPC
Description :It's a Stylist NPC I created from scratch. It has the same functions as a normal Stylist NPC, but it has an addon: Obtain free headgear! Yeah, that's right, you can get free headgear from it. All you have to do is input a headgear item ID, and you will receive it. The system is non-exploitable, because a limit is set. Also, the headgears created with this NPC are modified with setitemscript to eliminate all the abilities they have. And if the headgear has slots, it will not be created.

Name :Reward Points NPC
Description :This is a new system I designed as a way to give prizes, due to events or donations, and such. What you do is input the name of the receiver, and the amount of Reward Points he or she will receive. A global, dynamic variable is written to save their points. They can use these points in a special shop, which charges them the Reward Points and exchange them for the items. Enjoy, and if you need help adding items, just ask here.

Name :Announcer Script (Not a NPC)
Description :A global, message announcer for any server. It's very simple to use, and it has a feature that no other Announcer has, which is displaying a group of messages instead of only one. For example, every 30 minutes, you want the Announcer to display "Vote for my Server" and "Keep your Client Updated". Well, you just add the 2 messages, or 3, or 4, or as many messages you want to display. After 30 minutes, all the messages will display again. It's very simple to use, but if you still need help, then just ask me here. Enjoy, and for any bugs you want to report, post it here.

Name :GM Status Checker
Description :Basically, it's an NPC in which you can add the name of a certain GMs, and their status will be shown when people click on the NPC, the status being Online or Offline. All you have to do is add the name of the GM, and the script will do everything else. Also, you can instead of add GMs, add the name of any person to it, and it'll work anyway. The point was just to know if a certain someone was Online or Offline.

Name :Status Introducer
Description :This NPC will let you bother other people ;D Basically, you pay money to induce many statuses, such as Freeze, Blind, Stun and so on. You choose the status, then, you type in the name of the person you want to induce the status with. This script also has a check that will permit or disable its use during WoE, and a check to set the level of the GMs it will stop working on.
