Like the title says, its not letting me patch. I want to try this game again since it has been a year from the last time played. Is this happening to everyone or just me?

Ragnarok has blocked every non-korean IP .....so every no-korean IP cannot download rag_setup or sak_setup or update the game :'(

You can play without updating sakray, but you will get lots of error
