[Server Help] errors when im in the game, and there isn't anything there(npcs/enemys)

Hello,
I followed this guide

To get my ragnarok server up and running.
I managed to get the register page up,
Client running (i can login, make character, etc)..

BUT
there are a few problems.
I get errors sometimes (for example, when i continue to
press right when im creating my character and selecting
the hair style)
and i also get errors when walking about in the game.

I believe its because im missing data files..
though, thats just something i believe, as the
problem feels similar to awhile back when
i use to play a private server.

Ive gone about trying to find larger data folders,
(replacing any files in there with the original data
file, so i have the correct "sclientinfo.xml" etc..

But, that didn't fix the problem.

(one comes up, you press ok then the next pops up, etc)

(and yes, i did look about.that first one has been posted a couple of times..
not quite the same point...but yeah..
and, its never been answered, so i had to ask ^^;;)

There are some Sprites and Palettes missing in your data folder ^^ thats the reason of this error

simply make a clean data folder and try again

Thanks..But..

Ive downloaded 30mb data folders, 400mb data folders..
Ive done everything possible..

And they didn't make any difference to any of the
errors I was getting, at all..

Ive spent a few days doing nothing but searching
for 'full data folder'..
But I haven't been able to find anything anywhere.

I don't suppose you know a link?
Or can think of something else it might be.
