    You usally download the latest kRO + Sakray. If you haven't noticed, each kRO + Sakray version has a 4 digit code where the first 2 digits represent the month and the last 2 digits represent the day of release. For example, 0328 as mentioned by admLoki means that release came out March 28th.

    Currently, the latest version supported by hexed exe is the 0408 one but the latest version is 0530. In a case such as this one, you may want to go for the 0408 instead because hexed exe is supported. Without hexed exe, there is no RO >.>
