eAthena TXT:
Good= its very easy , - ram
bad= Characters can delete ir by a error system
FREYA or eAthena SQL:
Good= stable, u can create accounts using a website, if u pc down by somethings problems the accounts or characters no delete it, etc
Bad= 40 ram + than TXT
Aegis:
Good= Its the oficial Server, its the most stable
Bad = 100% de CPU , Login -> 773 MB RAM , Char -> 31 MB RAM , Zone -> 228 MB RAM and u cant use no-ip.

PS: Afeter choose one, is just testing on your machine to see wich is the best.....
hm nobody knows that freya is athena
extract freya and look at the config folder the sonfig files named like athena
battle_athena.txt char_athena.txt etc etc etc
athena is the most used emu the best is shurly aegis but its the complicatest version^^
