WoE control

This question might seem stupid, but i still havent found the answer.

I know its possible to set WoE ( gvg ) off in the entire server and activate it when needed. I tryed the Agitend command, but it seems to turn the WoE session off for a couple hours and then it goes on again by itself.

So, how can i shut down WoE for the whole week and open/close it when i feel like it ? ( exemple: to organise WoE battles during the weekends at a specific time )
