Just follow the studio fix in the tutorial section will fix that, but after that you will probably have same problem as me with buttons being broken and not loading levels.
Its when the level dosent load i get that error, and yupp bittons are broken or just crypted? Why cant any of the coders that got it to work help us? Thought this was a community! Just saying ;p

Well i haven't really looked into it much was kinda bored added proning and since i don't got any sort of vps to test (my personal pc is messed up so can't test on it, i figured i would build a studio to test it and well yeah got that error so kinda gave up on it).
I got a little bit of free time ill try figure out why its like that if i can ill post a tutorial on how to fix.

you need compile Studio (Client) with config to you localhost (127.0.0.1), then install IIS server, SQLServer and configure database and web part, only then you will run.
Probably a long shot ,but you don't know unless you ask :P , is there any one here capable of making me a fully working server of this ? i would be happy to either pay for the services or offer free hosting of a server for themselves with ftp access etc i have a decent dedicated server XEON 3.4ghz 32gb ram 2x3tb hdd in raid and 1gb line with ddos protection located in paris.

Theres not enough people playing this to worry about new servers. Call of War only averages like 15 players.1
