how creating a server War Inc any know?

someone has a tuturial on how to compile the War INC

  I need visual basic configuration in which way I have to add me to compile without errors


what folder creating i need for restore the database



plz any can post more information for creating a server .


restoring database

and creating tables in sql server

and finally compiling the source which is release mode, end etc ...
