@devilyusuf First of all, everything you need is on DN section release/tutorial/help just read and search and you can find what your looking for and second its not hard to make a register.php (also there is already a register sql query why do you need one anyways? unless you are playing with some friends or testing)
@ikanbakar4 Text can be change using a english patch resource for example, I used Resource01-264EnglishPatch.pak which is in the root of my DN client I just unpack it and match it up with the TW client and translate whats missing it works but limited because it sometime crashes (just got to play around with it).

He just told you everything you need to know. Everything you need to make a private server is on the first page of this thread. I'm guessing you're not understanding full English so explaining this to you or getting your exact problem is difficult.

What's wrong with it?

You do realize that all slots won't open unless you're a high enough level to unlock all of them.

Can you change the drop rate of items in the channel info? I know that you can change exp rates, but what about drop rates?

Should be in your item table group dnt's. Also changing exp in channelinfo doesn't really exp rate. Just increases exp bonus for those channels.

Using lzg client, any help?

1. Windows > Execute and type "regedit"
2. Go to > HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\HTTP
3. Change key properties to "start" from 3 to 4.
4. Restart your PC.
