If you want to make it online just change the IP in APK and Navicat only. dont forget to change the version to 1.2.0 because the default Version in that files is not working on the APK. also here's the additional working APK.

Not gonna tell u how to do it or Will never learn how to do stuff. Will only tell u to look at config files where globalsettings or globalconfig can't recall the name. But look at files where that is located.
