so, how to bypass this KreonAuth ??

FINALLY, I got the server to go online. It worked on my laptop with the Windows Server 2008 OS, but I believe it will work on my windows 7 pc, maybe I was missing a tiny thing on it. Now I can move up with you all :)

By online, you mean it's working right?

How about logging in using client?

Sorry to intrude, although I thought this was an official release. Got me excited =P. I will download this and work on it I suppose and see what happens. However, if anyone gets it working and plan on making a server. Message me =). I don't mind helping out in GM/Forum Mod wise. To lazy to do deh other stuff xD.

I play on the official RU server and now I have the character of the 45th level and I can't decide on a subclass. Because of it I would like to create the server and check both subclasses and EX.
Anybody yet didn't find the solution with the client of the 70th level?

Luckily I have a long vacation this december and I can spare a time for this project..

Lets work on this guys. I have a developer team with me (im glad my bestfriends are all developer). Lets all share info together and beat those greedy basterds down. I will post everything and every step as soon as we manage to make it work. Please if anyone can provide helpful infos that would be great. Thank you in advance for the files.

PS : To those(few people who manage to make it work) says that this will KILL DN, YOU are just into earning lots of money by establishing private servers, I've seen one and I've played one. Whats the difference? Nothing. They have the same goal as the official ones are. They just want to avoid the blackhole. YOU will not help and that is fine. One way or another people will make this work. And when that time comes you cannot regain your image from people that hated you. And that time will surely come.

I haven't touched the files yet, to anyone has gotten a bit slow at progress please refrain yourself on posting your problems, please read the previews posts and read CAREFULLY. If you have no experience in this kind of thing please don't bother, let the experienced one handle it. ranting the problems that already been solve interferes with the real progress. I mean c'mon I was on like page 40+ and people still struggling on what MSSQL to use. I was totally lost on tracking the users that really made progress. Anyway I noted important posts thanks. See if I can work this out in 3 weeks time (thats my vacation after that, i don't know I'm back at my company's cave). Boy downloading all clients is fcked up.

Client ---> Login Server ---> Web Exec Function ---> Back To Login Server ---> Sending Auth ---> Request State ODBC ---> Master Server.

Struck Login Server for reading database if you login.

the sql database related to gtdn.cc's client
you can download the client in gtdn.cc
as for the server ，you need to change files in gamres folder after following the step on first page
then unzip the resourcexx.pak file in the client by using the tools，then copy them to the gameres folder
the last thing is to make the login server work（bypasd the kreon check）

Hey all need some help i got a root server and i want to put the files on it to start a new private server if someone can help will be nice he will get a staff postion on this server

but its just for patch not for SQL EXEC...
and i was know how to this login server procced procedure..
and now 2 file make me confused..
DragonNest.exe or some missing file for SQL Exec...
because when im login get message REQUEST NOT VALID.
Different string or missing file?

say - why won't the thread creator remove the URL to the client?
It just confuses people with the thought of being able to play this game on their own server, or better said the idea of a working client.

Also I must say, woah - what happened to the scene, reading all those post (yes, I've readed all of them) makes me more or less cry, almost every 2nd post is about not being able solving a problem, that has been reported 1-2 pages before (and solved).

I don't know who you are, but thanks for writing this down.

What roix21 said is the only truth, although i dont hate the people who dont want to help, w/e for them haha.

to be honest - I think people got already enough help and support, step by step, tons of post.
People which aren't able to run the server by now, should consider to let it be.

This thread totally turned into a "ZOMG PLZ HALP I CANT RUNZ DA SERVER"-one.
The only point I have to criticize, is the fact that the thread opener made it look like a solution for everyone, still I'm thankful for the effort and work that has been put into the "project" yet.

Anyway, I'd like to make a call:

I'm free to chit chat with other experienced developers about the client / server progress and being happy to share some knowledge/informations - or even working on a solution, or a server

P.S Please, only contact me if you're a experienced one, being able to write/edit HTML alone doesn't count :P
