the guy who found those files.. made them working and in those him will open the server so u can use that client

I find it odd that there is loads of different versions of the client , but yet only a couple is compatible. As there is probably a simple fix for this problem *scratches head*

Ok back to the topic, i think problem is more easier than we imagine.

I think we are walking in the wrong path,Maybe we need to analyze the config files.

I thought problem from the log in port but indeed no.

P.S: You can use ExpressProfiler to see what queries that executing while server is running.
it's very simple tool and i recommend everyone to use it :)

More than likely , they aren't gonna spoon feed us for the ones who are actually trying to make it run. But i'm sure the version of the clients is just to do with a bit of hexing and should be sorted and bypassing something which isn't letting us connect to it maybe ? =o

Database links just need to use the right sql version. If your using 05 it won't work.
