So I downloaded, followed all the other instructions, and read all the post before this, but it seems I am having problems with DB, Cash, Login, and Log. They seem to keep crashing, even before I applied the current .exe file to replace the files.

And what should I do if the patchlist.xml isn't created automatically?
create one and copy/paste this into the patchlist.xml
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<document>
<document><ChannelList channel_name="channel1"><Local local_name="RUS_TB"><login addr="127.0.0.1" port="14300"/></Local></ChannelList></document>
</document>

I have the same error, but now with this error, only Village doesn't want to launch T_T
We will manage it. Anyone who helps will get a copy of my modifyed Client to bypass the "Version do not match" Problem.
Any PC/Server requirements for both server and client? Memory uses? etc.
Thanks! anyway good release.
