The Client cant be right... just read at version..v106..
well if the database have the lvl 70 cap... the client version have to be v207
maybe im not sure but on all private server lvl cap 70 the client version is v207
here u can see Dragon Nest Private Server: playdn.net , 港台龍之谷,龍之谷私服,新职业龙之谷私服
maybe u should test that client..

DragonNest Sea have lvl 70 cap and the latest Sea client is v106.

btw i think there are something in wrong on database too but im not sure...
check all db on tables and look on Database_Version table, it have different numbers in every db
