Step In This video
1. Download And Install Sql server ( you can use 2014/2017/2019)
2. Download and instal sql server management studio that supports sql server (in this video i am using 2017)
3. Setting Sql Server
4. download Server file in forum
5. extract server file in C drive "easy to find" (you can place any drive).
6. Attach Database and config
7. create ODBC Connections
8. create km-loops connections
9. Edit Host (i am using sublime text, you can use notepat++ or another note)
10. Configurations Server File
11. Install Navicat (optional)
12. Change Date and Run Server File
13. run web server
14. test your client
15. like and support me :D

Either the database was present or opened in another program or instance. You need to close that program or instance first

Is it vps/dds? If so rename the programs and remove _se.

Also if log shows eyedentity.

Did you enabled named pipes, tcp ip and put 1433 port in SQL server configuration manager?
