Bug 142-143 items (Boxes from cash shop: Hearts,..)

I tried to open a Heart box (with the key) when bar was completed, all game freeze and Village service Crash. When I enter again to game, after vilalge start, 1 key and 1 box was used but no item.
I am sure that all items from the box exist.

(This just happen with all Item type 142-143, Boxes from cash shop.)
