Dragon nest PServers Freezing/Not responding

You guys might already know this but, Most of the private servers have been experiencing Client freezes. And it only happens on a certain time ( 15:00 gmt+8 ) A server already tried a Database wipe ( Characters, Items, etc. Though accounts is still there) and it still doesn't work.

If you guys have any ideas about this I would gladly be appreciate it.

yes close the server and go back to school

PS: even if you wipe like EDN always do it wont solve any problems.
