Exp too high..

How do I change the exp rate of the server? I tried removing the bonus from channelinfo and it didnt work at all. What files do I have to edit? and what can I use to edit them? It would be greatly appreciated im trying to run on low rates but dungeons are giving me like 500% exp on easy difficulty..
