I need help creating a server like FalconDN/LegendDN

Like the title says, I need some help in trying to create a server similar to EternalDN
or FalconDN that closed a few months ago, only I'm trying to make it non-profit with
all of the op gear obtainable without donating for cash points. What I need help with is
tracking down the client files that included all of the custom items like the Divine Survivor and Terminator sets. Is there anyone that can point me in the right direction?
