Level not Sync

This is for first time i making new thread in Dragon Nest.
Today i gonna making a server, i hope my server fix and can open soon
But there's problem i dont understand

My level is 10


and after i'm learning skill, result is my level not enogh. And when i return to character selection, my level trully there, level 3



So, what i have must edit?

oh i understood. i must change playerleveltable.dnt
