Development Project Guidelines

Please note that these are subject to change without prior notice,
you're responsible to keep yourself updated regarding.

Here are some guidelines that must be followed when posting a development project here. These are mainly created to make sure the development project threads are being followed up upon and are actually updated, as well as properly introduced.

1. First of all, remember to include the tags [Development]/[Showcase] depending on the project. Use the development tag when the project will be released once finished, use the showcase tag to showcase a private project you're working on and that you want to showcase to the community.

2. As long as the project is in progress, you're obligated to post regularly and keeping the thread up to date with the process. If the project has not been updated within a month, It will be assumed dead and will be closed. Keep updating your thread as you progress through the project.

3. If you finished your development or are ready to release, then make a new thread in the Release section. Do not forget to put a link to the development thread in the Release thread. That way, users can read about your progress and know specifically what you've done.

4. Each and every development project thread requires a detail description of the project. The goal of the project, the progress of what's going to be done, and how the finished result should be/look like. Be as descriptive as possible, so the community understand what this project is about.

5. All new development threads, whether it be showcase or development, must contain at least 1 screenshot of the project. For instance, if you're doing a website project, include screenshots of the design, features and so on. If it's a game related project, include screenshots of the in-game product, or screenshots of the actual source files/project files.

6. All threads should also contain a snippet to prove it's genuine and an ongoing project. Any thread missing snippets will from now on be deleted.

7. Do not bump your thread unless it's updating in terms of progress.

Lastly, all general RaGEZONE and general MMORPG Extra section rules applies. You can read and review them here:
