For all having troubles reading password from file - open it with internet explorer, choose chinese simplified encoding and copy valid pw.

Maybe source incomplete, have only 1 server.
Source is complete, and so are the server files. The only problem is that database is missing.

I'll tell you the steps to compile the source:
1. Run kr\kk2\bin\proto\MessageProtoc.bat --> this will re-generate all stub files for google protobuf *.proto files
2. Open solution kr\kk2\code\Client\Client.sln, and compile the client
3. Open solution kr\kk2\code\Server\AvatarServer\AvatarServer.sln, and compile the server (if link error occurs, you may need to compile the log4cplus lib in contrib)
