15.5.5 for windows 7 and 16.2.3 for window 10 up, 15.5 can't run perfect on windows 10 up.

Any chance we can get a server package zipped without requiring the VM? Not a personal fan of running VMs and I'd like to check this out.

COption.ini in the INI folder, be aware though that there is an issue with the ui at different resolutions, text boxes get offset. A fix is in the works atm!
