how to make server without VMware for xp ?
i have server running in a native redhat box online but i need to know how to stop the server's auto restarter. i also need the conversion for the exp rate.
I can't really provide a guide for that because I don't have time for darkeden anymore, but it's easy, you just have to download xampp (google it) and install, then put the dk2web folder in c:\xampp\htdocs (assuming you installed it in the default path). then use the xampp control panel and start apacheOriginally Posted by vads
Not possible, the server was compiled to be used natively on linux systems.
You have to activate the gold medal event in the table AttrInfo, the gold medals are not items you can acquire any other way other than activating the event and killing monsters until you get it.
daemonctl is the autorestarter, you would have to edit the start files in /usr/darkeden/vs/bin to remove the daemonclt in the lines.
