Okay can someone actually provide some sort of guide on getting the emulator/server up and running?

Rigth now I've created a mysql conection with the tmo schema, but when I try to run the server emulator it fails to connect to mysql server with the exceptions "A call to SSPI failed, see inner exception" and the inner exception " the function requested is not supported".

I've read it has to do with SSL conection but I don't know what to change to fix the problem. I'd really appreciate any help I can get.
