Dot.Hack//Fragment Online (Arena Server)

Introduction

When Bandai / CyberConnect2 released their first (and so far only) .hack online title .hack//Frägment the whole .hack fanbase was patiently waiting for a US / EU release of it.

Sadly, it never came and the online service was terminated in January 2007 rendering the game unplayable online.

So, to right this wrong, I have decided to bring this game back through the means of translation, reverse engineering, cracking and coding.

Luckily, I have found help with other people who share a common interest in this game, namely NCDyson, who has (and still is) constantly contributing to our cause.

This page will serve as a gathering point for all “The World” fans to show us their moral support as well as discuss or simply check up on the progress we make.

We do not support piracy but due to the way this patch works a separate diff patch is pretty much impossible at the moment.

We are working on a separate fully modular patch which we will deploy for future releases.
We can’t and won’t be deemed responsible for misuse of mental property by third parties.
