i use the downloader the guy in youtube vid posted,Neat Download Manager ,i set conntection to 30 and have amlosted max download speed
not sure if the downloader is safe but i dindt get any probs wiht my virus scanner so far ,maybe someone can check it ,better be safe

you can use any downloader you just need extension for it (idm for me work perfect)
the download can only be start once so you can't copy past a link used
