I start the server, registered a new account, logged in, copied the token and edited the bat file. Changed the IP to the vmware machine IP.
Run the bat file, nothing happens.
Im using windows 10.

Can anybody help?

That happens to me some days ago, was my windows version 2004. Did a clean installation of 1909 and now its working. The current version of windows is not working for some apps including this game (at least for me)

In order to make EWM to work properly, you have to setup the database connections in

db.config 

wich you can find in the root folder of EWM files. Configure these data correctly and fill the database connections in the database tables which are called as:

EWM_SERVER_{{gameservicename}} 

Once these data are correctly done, you are good to go.

Not sure what is exactly wrong but I can fully confirm that a specific OS requirement can be disclosed.
These files works perfectly on basically any CLEAN windows installs.
I've tested it on the following;
Windows 10 Pro,
Microsoft Windows Server 2012R2 Datacenter,
2016 Datacenter
and now running perfectly on 2019 Datacenter.

yes, sir! restore the database, configure the json, configure the dns and done.

okay i guess i missunderstand something here about this DNS Stuff.. pls aynone tell me if im wrong:

1. i have to open ODBC > System-DSN > Set the Folder with DSN Files
2. Start the Server and fill in the Informations like this Chinese guy here told ?

because i got some errors already, i guess there is anything wrong with my locations? :(
