thanks for the response ! , yeah i already tried that , just unzipping them in the directory doesnt work for some reason , has to be installed in game ,otherwise the game doesnt recognize the files

Change registry value
Browse registry
Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\miHoYo\Genshin Impact\GENERAL_DATA_xxxxx
Find "deviceVoiceLanguageType": 1, change value 1 to voice language you want and save (0 - Chinese, 1 - English, 2 - Japanese, 3 - Korean)

i tried do that, but the server run slow and lot of lag and after 10 min i got white screen. if you have 16 Ram i suggest give VM at least 12 Ram + lot of paging file (Swap).
or you can edit CLI ... maybe you can find solution in this post
