its a chinese copy of wartune
anyway downloading

so, after downloading extracting file and looking for game original title, then did an extensive search found the website:

after translate seems to be a web game with 3D character with 2D background style game, pvp online game, genre unknown

the files include source and documentation, seems to be mysql driven db,

seems to be a Adobe Flash source code.

dont know if compiles as of yet.

hope this info helps for future references.
