Setup Linux server ( VMware , Virtual Box ... )
Transfer files to linux server.
Install MySql server.
Create mysql user - app_write , password 123456
Grant privileges for user app_write.
Chmod 0777 for bin folder and run.sh file.

You an idiot and given misinformation. Sword of Legends on steam is an MMORPG which is online only. If you don't know what that terms mean.
The real question is if this server and client cannot translate it to English is useless for most of the people from the West. Unless you're understand Chinese only.
