I found out what causes the error in sql server:
• Protocol error in TDS stream or token uknow.
And a microsoft update that causes this error in the connection driver:

Windows 10 Servicing Stack Update - 19042.2300, 19043.2300, 19044.2300 and 19045.2300

Microsoft still hasn't solved it, the only way to correct the error is by reinstalling windows 10 or windows server to a version equal to 19044.2130 or earlier, I did that and it worked :D.Once again windows updates getting in my way.... I spent a month trying to figure out what it could be, my brain almost exploded...

P.S. strange identical problems exists with MU2 Legend, but with AiON and TERA - not...

Here it is, a program to decrypt xml icarus, the advantage of it is that you don't need to manually put the file in powershell, there's still a lot to improve on it so I posted the source code for the community to help implement, let me know if you find any mistake.

Here it is, a program to edit .BIN files, the advantage of this is that you can set it as default in the file and open it directly from the file, another advantage is that it already comes in the default charset of the icarus .bin file which is ' EUC-KR'. The translate button presses "CTRL+N" on the keyboard. I did this to use QTranslate with my translation program.

Quick question please, is it possible to edit dungeon cooldown times from non server side, and from where? Is it from unencrypted xml or something else?
