launched mongolia db
D:\chanchenchina\mongodb\bin\mongod.exe --dbpath d:\chanchenchina\mongodb\AvatarDatabase

server launchs but idk where are the configs for the ip

edit:the congfigs are the xml in server folder

server running,client fails to launch then opens a strange chan chen china website

edit 2:on my windows 10 is NOT WORKING,on my host pc windows 7x64 works
