Some work around console and found that the game itself has its own GM panel for item/npc/map and custom Console command

@rollroyce we can't make custom NPC's yet. No tool for converting .csv to .upk.

I don't know GM Command yet.so,i tried somthing.
press `````~ key show commondline.
press / key show debug ui.
/create itemid number
/hide off/on hide or show your self
/god off/on godmode on/off
/level number (max85)
/speed number (enter10000,Surprise!!!)

but for game database you have to look at MSSQL

Stored procedure => OnlyDev_UspUpdateAccountGrade

Database Mu2Auth => TblAccount => search your account and edit AccountGrade
