find the only 2008 client in english 2013 inly in DE

I don't get, this is german or english?

why show me 3 chanels? my .exe ip is 127.0.0.1 and server is ok
i can create new accounts and login

later i log on show me 3 chanels and when i click at one back to login screen *-*

dont show my server waat_01 *-*

Some of the files on the server are in German, but they are easy to translate, the rest is from the client.

The Traditional Chinese client of Hong Kong of 20130729 also works
