Was able to run the APK using Bluestacks. Also, you cannot enter an IP in the APK and it seems the character limit for a host name is 13. So you can use no-ip and create a 13 character url.

If you’re using Nox try using blue stacks 5 instead.

I was using Noxplayer and now i tried on Bluestacks but i get a black screen when i open the game.

This game is elf master. I have the source code and have successfully built it on the apk and including the java server source code, running on eclipse. The libraries are maven.
However, the game was developed in 2017~2018. So the graphic interface is not very good. But animation is awesome. Worth to try

If you run only apk. Just change IP like post before.
If you have source code. Change it from c# project.(PGame)

I could not talk about mid-step of apk editing process. You can do it yourself with apk editor tool. Then repack it again after edit
