first do the basic setup the files with this its like xampp etc. but more stable and easier

Then get smartfoxserver add the config and etc. and your done

everything config file is checked and I logged it wpe pro I can't find the problem.

EDIT: wow what a terrible scripted login <.< the database has to be name "pr"

also here's a fix for sign up error
