I think you need Gamebryo to compile the client, but I am not sure which version probably 2.6 or 2.3.

I added a VM in Googledrive Folder (configured on NAT 192.168.200.0 / Server IP 192.168.200.128)
There are 9 test accounts in the DB.
You can test with Account / Password : test1 / 123456

Can anyone help with ConsolePacker. What commands should I use to unzip the .sdp files?Need to type the commands but I don't know how to do that and which commands to use.

You can get the list of available commands by typing help in tool :

Thanks for the answer, but I was referring to the command that I should write, because I have tried many different ways and many different commands but the command I write is wrong or incomplete. Could you write the full command that worked to unzip for you?

I just figured out how to use the tool

I put the tool folder on Disk C:\
In this example, I'll open the "misc.sdp" Folder, list what's in it, extract some files and repack.

Spoiler:

-Create a "misc" folder
-Put the misc.sdp file in the tool folder
-Starts ConsolePacker
-The first command to type is:
open misc.sdp




To make a list of what it contains, type :
dir



The "misc.sdp" file contains the csv, editor, Script, ScriptSNDA, and text Folders
For example, to extract the csv folder, type:
unpackdir csv C:\tool\misc\csv



The extraction is finished:


You're done editing the csv files and you want to compress, type:
packdir misc\csv C:\tool\misc\csv\



You have a new misc.sdp

I am getting an error saying "Failed loading shader". Any idea whats missing exactly? I have installed dx9 just incase but somethings missing..
