same i just mounted the think onto another of my vm and just took the stuff needed

the root folder has database files and the folder has server files

The chinese forum says: It's not stuck, just ignore this screen and use SecureCRT to connect to the VM server

About the client, first use the patch, and then change IPconnect.ini

Has anyone actually got this working, using the client Eperty123 posted and manually adding an account to the DB I get stuck at 'verifying account name and password'

client is valid i can login just cant get to character selection/creation when you select a channel it will say 'cant connect to worldserver'.
also the ip is not 192.168.1.99 the vm is set to dhcp so it will never be that ip unless you set it manually.
there are 2 tables you need to edit the ip in in the database 'worlds' and 'serverstatus' if i remember correctly it was late last night.

edit: im not using the client esperty provided im using the original one from the baidu link.

yeah, I already change those IP manually still stuck on verifying probly some firewall or something I probly going to add a rule.

Are you using Eperty's client or the PanBaidu client?

PanBaidu client.
i just looked at the size its 5,8gb compared to 4,4gb of esperty's client both are zipped so im guessing esperty's is a completely different client with such a huge filesize difference lol
